Thank you! (The Nick Ranch Grass Fed Beef was) delivered promptly yesterday morning and we had our first taste last night with the ground beef; I made spaghetti and it was delicious! It was really nice to cook the meat and see how lean it is, no pools of fat in the pan! And it all fits in my freezer just perfectly. I appreciate the individual packages, it's just right for the amount we use in meals. We're anxious to try the rib eyes, it's our favorite steak. The cooking instructions are very much appreciated and will be helpful the first couple of times with the steaks and roast.
